Queries every category in our source registry: public web and news search, scholarly indexes, code and Q&A sites, encyclopedic records, the Internet Archive and, with a username, an allowlisted username check and public Reddit history.
- Evidence-linked report
Five report categories. Every result carries its publisher, retrieval time, direct link and a printed match reason, and stays a possible match until you confirm it.
- AI Public Web Summary
A neutral plain-English summary written only from the retrieved items, citing only links in the report, with a limitations notice.

A typeset export with page headers, section numbering and the full source audit table.

Questions
- How is a credit used?
- One credit is consumed when a scan starts and is recorded in your credit ledger, which you can view at any time. Credits are not transferable between accounts.
- How does the free trial work?
- The first 3 days are free and include your first report. A card is required so the plan can continue; nothing is charged if you cancel before the trial ends, and we email a reminder within the first day.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, from your dashboard at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; reports you already generated stay until you delete them.
- Do unused reports roll over?
- No. Reports are granted each month and unused ones expire at the end of it, so the allowance stays predictable.
- What about refunds?
- Full refund within 7 days of your first charge if no report has been generated. A technical failure on our side is always refunded. Once a report has been generated in the period, that period is not refundable.
- Is this a background check?
- No. MySelfIdentity is not a consumer reporting agency and is not a background check, credit check, criminal-records check or tenant-screening product.
